Senior AFSIM Analyst

Salary: $117000 - 272000 per year Requirements: Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Proven expertise in AFSIM for modeling, simulation, and analysis. Familiarity with Air or Strike Warfare domains. Excellent teamwork capabilities and ability to convey complex ideas to government personnel, military officials, and other contractors. Strong skills in scripting and programming using languages such as Python, MATLAB, C/C++, or JAVA. Capability to obtain necessary Special Access Program (SAP) clearance. Ability to secure an Interim Secret level security clearance by the start date, with the potential to achieve a Top Secret level clearance. U.S. citizenship is required for eligibility for classified information access. Responsibilities: Create, assess, and analyze models along with employment strategies for innovative technologies including advanced aerial platforms, strike munitions, and integrated multi-domain effects. Partner with our software development teams to enhance our tailored tools, including building efficient representations for extensive datasets, validating accurate interactions among interdependent algorithms, and streamlining production analysis processes. Collaborate with a team of analysts who will leverage your experience, as well as guide senior engineers in shaping analysis direction.
