Salary: $58,400 - 62,400 per year Requirements: Bachelors degree in finance, legal studies, business, or a related field At least 2 years of hands-on experience with legal entity documents and data in financial services operations Proficiency with Python, SQL, Alteryx, Power BI, Power Automate, or similar tools for analysis and automation Ability to interpret legal entity documents, extract relevant information, and manage personal information data using appropriate controls and retention practices Strong analytical skills, attention to data quality, and disciplined documentation practices Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders Effective time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Proactive, adaptable, quick to learn, and able to work independently and collaboratively Preferred: Experience in legal entity management, regulatory reporting, and complex ownership structures Preferred: Familiarity with AI concepts and practical use of AI-enabled platforms to improve data management and reporting Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end legal entity onboarding and maintenance across firmwide platforms to support business activity Oversee intake, consolidation, and quality review of entity and financial data for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting Prepare and submit reporting packages to internal regulatory teams, meeting control requirements and deadlines Maintain a strong control environment through clear documentation, audit-ready records, and evidence management Build and maintain relationships with Alternatives line-of-business partners, operations, controllers, and regulatory groups Use data, automation, and AI-enabled tools to analyze datasets, improve reporting, and automate repeatable processes Identify root causes, develop solutions, and encourage adoption as part of continuous improvement Contribute to special initiatives supporting the Alternatives Data Strategy, including governance, standardization, and data leverage Technologies: AI Alteryx Excel Support Power BI Python SQL More: We are BCforward, a global IT consulting and workforce solutions firm serving Fortune 500 and government clients. This is a six-month, full-time contract based in Newark, Delaware, with in-office hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and occasional overtime during quarter- and year-end peaks.
