Salary: $193,206.4 - 193,206.4 per year Requirements: We require extensive expertise across Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Exchange 2019 integration, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Platform administration. We seek strong enterprise architecture capabilities, including solution design, scalability, resiliency, performance optimization, and secure development. We require cybersecurity expertise in IAM, Zero Trust, PAM, authentication and authorization models, and security-by-design practices. We require hands-on experience with Microsoft security and compliance tools and features, including Defender, Purview, DLP, Information Protection, eDiscovery, Insider Risk, Conditional Access, and retention policies. We seek experience governing secure low-code/no-code solutions in line with risk and regulatory frameworks. We require proficiency with access controls and protocols such as RBAC, SSO, OAuth, SAML, MFA, and secure API integrations. We seek integration experience with CRM, ERP, cloud platforms, and third-party applications using Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and related technologies. We require experience managing risk throughout the solution lifecycle, including threat mitigation and secure data practices. We value operational expertise in monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and reliability management. We seek knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, CIS Controls, FINRA, SEC, and related financial services regulations. We require proficiency in automation and scripting with tools such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash. We prefer experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and secure deployment practices. We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience. We require at least five years of Microsoft 365 architecture experience, including three or more years in design and implementation roles. We prefer experience integrating Power Apps and Power Automate with CRM, ERP, and third-party applications; developing API-based solutions, including with Microsoft Graph API; and working with secure document exchange in financial services, legal, healthcare, or similar industries. We value familiarity with Microsoft 365 compliance features, including DLP, eDiscovery, and regulated message capture, as well as Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals or a relevant cloud security certification. Responsibilities: We ask you to work with stakeholders to turn business needs into Power Apps and Power Automate solutions across Microsoft 365 services. We expect you to lead architecture sessions for secure, scalable integrations, emphasizing governance and user access controls. We ask you to create proofs of concept and demonstrations to confirm requirements and assess solution fit. We expect you to guide implementation, lead configuration, and develop adoption strategies for Power Apps and Power Automate.
