STS Senior Test Development Engineer

Salary: $94,000 - 105,000 per year Requirements: Active DoD Secret clearance is required. At least 5 years of experience. A bachelors degree in a STEM field. Experience with electrical test instruments and equipment. Knowledge of power, RF, digital logic, and analog circuits. Experience developing automated test software. Familiarity with automated test software such as C/C++, C#, LabVIEW, or TestStand. Experience with ORCAD and/or Cadence Allegro for PCB design. Project leadership, cost and schedule management (including EVMS or MS Project), and DoD project development life-cycle experience are desirable. Responsibilities: Design test stations and fixtures, including electrical schematic capture and PCB design. Develop test stations, fixtures, and automated test software as part of project work. Complete assigned technical tasks in a team setting. Participate in scheduled project meetings. Report progress to the project lead at the required intervals. The role is part of our Sensor Test Solutions work, where teams design, integrate, and deploy test equipment to a factory in Andover, Massachusetts, and to domestic and international depot facilities. Our project teams typically include 5–10 engineers with expertise across electrical engineering disciplines, including RF, power, digital, and analog, and work on both hardware and software. The specific work will depend on the candidates start date, skills, and project duration.
