Staff Engineer (Storefront Home, CLP, Recommendations)

📋 Description Lead end-to-end technical design and delivery for Storefront initiatives from architecture to production. Partner with product, design, and data science to translate business goals into scalable engineering plans. Drive performance, observability, testing, and maintainability across the Storefront codebase. Proactively identify and resolve systemic engineering gaps before incidents. Mentor senior engineers through design reviews, code reviews, pairing, and coaching. Define and drive frontend architecture, API design, and experimentation frameworks. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years of full-stack web development in high-traffic commerce or consumer web surfaces. Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and React; SSR frameworks like Next.js a plus. Experience building reliable distributed web applications at scale. Proven ability to drive large technical initiatives end-to-end: scoping, sequencing, and delivery. Track record of raising engineering quality via standards, tooling, documentation, and mentorship.
