Design and develop user interfaces and experiences for enterprise or e-commerce web applications.
Salary: $121000 - 142000 per year Requirements: We need a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. We require 5+ years of experience in front-end development, UX engineering, UI engineering, or a comparable role. You should have strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and current front-end development practices. You need hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS and component-led development using tools such as shadcn/ui, Radix UI, Ant Design, or similar libraries. We expect a solid grasp of UX principles, interaction design, accessibility standards such as WCAG, and responsive design best practices. You should have experience building scalable, responsive, and accessible enterprise or e-commerce web applications. You need experience creating reusable component libraries and scalable design systems. You should be highly proficient in Figma and familiar with usability testing, customer research, and behavioral analysis tools used to validate and refine digital experiences. We value experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar technologies. You must have strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: experience in enterprise retail, e-commerce, or other high-traffic digital environments. Preferred: familiarity with analytics and optimization tools such as Quantum Metric, Google Analytics, Optimizely, or A/B testing platforms. Preferred: experience with CMS and personalization platforms such as Salesforce, Strapi, Monetate, or similar tools. Preferred: familiarity with SSR, SSG, and modern React application architecture patterns. Preferred: understanding of Agile, Scrum, CI/CD, and headless commerce architectures. Preferred: experience mentoring developers or leading front-end UX initiatives. Responsibilities: We design and develop responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces for enterprise digital products and e-commerce experiences. We partner with UX, product, and engineering teams to convert wireframes, prototypes, and business requirements into production-ready applications. We create reusable UI patterns and modern web experiences using relevant technologies. We maintain and enhance a reusable enterprise component library and shared design system that support consistency and scalability across multiple teams and products. We optimize applications for performance, scalability, SEO, accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile responsiveness. We identify opportunities to improve customer journeys, reduce friction, and increase engagement through UX enhancements, usability reviews, and experimentation. We leverage modern AI-assisted development tools, including GitHub Copilot and Codex, to improve efficiency and speed up delivery. We stay informed about emerging trends in UX, accessibility, front-end architecture, and modern web technologies.
