Sr. Data Analyst

Salary: $93000 - 124000 per year Requirements: We need 6+ years of professional analytics or analytics-adjacent experience, along with a collaborative mindset and a proven record of leading data initiatives. Retail background is preferred. We expect strong problem-solving ability, sharp critical thinking, and intellectual curiosity. Advanced SQL skills and the ability to visualize and tell stories with data are essential. We value accountability, dependability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to partner effectively with varied stakeholders. Experience with multiple analytics and visualization tools, especially Looker, is preferred. Familiarity with bringing together multiple data sources and using statistical tools such as Python or R is preferred. Responsibilities: We partner with a business team as the primary analytics contact and work closely with business leaders to support their objectives and growth. We deliver reporting, define KPIs, measure performance, and uncover deeper analytical insights. We establish best practices, automate workflows, and identify structural needs to scale our impact. We balance immediate business needs with the long-term evolution of our analytics strategy. We lead analytics projects and experiments from end to end, from framing the question to delivering recommendations. We design, run, and analyze A/B tests to identify causal relationships. We spot trends and uncover opportunities that drive growth and customer success. The annual pay range is $90,000 to $120,000 depending on background and experience, with final compensation determined by experience, education, and other factors.
