Solutions Designer

Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in solution design, data engineering, or data architecture. Strong hands-on experience with AWS data services , particularly S3, Redshift, Athena, Glue, and Lambda. Proficiency in PySpark for building and optimizing large-scale data pipelines. Proven experience designing data platforms, including Data Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, MDM, Advanced Analytics, and Data API solutions. Strong understanding of data governance, data security, data quality, and MDM frameworks . Experience with API-based integration and enterprise data architecture. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-country and cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical designs. Key Responsibilities Design and implement scalable data architectures using AWS services, including S3, Redshift, Athena, Glue, and Lambda . Develop and optimize scalable batch and streaming data pipelines using PySpark . Design and support large-scale Data Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Master Data Management (MDM), Advanced Analytics, and Data API platforms . Ensure data solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and reliability requirements. Establish and implement data governance practices, data quality standards, and MDM frameworks. Design API-based integration solutions to enable seamless data exchange across systems. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams across different countries to gather requirements and define technical solutions. Translate complex business needs into practical, scalable, and sustainable data architecture designs. Identify opportunities to improve existing data platforms, processes, and cloud infrastructure.
