Salary: $11000 - 14000 per year Requirements: We need 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. We need 8+ years of experience building enterprise software applications. We need strong proficiency with UI Builder for designing and configuring scalable user interfaces and Workspaces. We need hands-on experience implementing NowAssist (GenAI) and AgenticAI solutions. We need advanced expertise in Script Includes, Service Portal development, and UI Builder. We need proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS or React for customizations. We need experience with ACL, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and reporting/dashboards. We need the ability to work in Agile or Scrum environments with strong communication and collaboration skills. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is preferred. Customer Service Management (CSM) implementation experience is preferred. Responsibilities: We design, develop, and tailor applications on the ServiceNow platform to support business requirements. We build and maintain Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and integration APIs. We develop and enhance Service Portal components, Catalog Items, Widgets, Workflows, and Workspaces using UI Builder. We implement NowAssist and AgenticAI capabilities to strengthen automation, intelligence, and customer experience. We collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and convert them into technical solutions. We troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues in ServiceNow applications.
