Senior Test Development Engineer

Salary: $99,000 - 110,000 per year Requirements: At least 8–10 years of experience. Bachelors degree in a STEM field. Experience with electrical test instruments and equipment. Knowledge of power, RF, digital logic, and analog circuits. Experience developing automated test software, such as with C, C++, C#, LabVIEW, or TestStand. Experience with ORCAD and/or Cadence Allegro for PCB design. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the technical aptitude to contribute effectively in a process-oriented environment. Project leadership and cost or schedule management experience, including EVMS or MS Project, is preferred. Familiarity with DoW (DoD) project development life-cycle processes is preferred. Responsibilities: Design, integrate, and deploy test equipment, including test stations and fixtures; work may include electrical schematic capture and PCB design. Develop automated test software for project needs. Complete assigned technical tasks as part of a team and contribute to project outcomes. Attend scheduled project meetings and periodically report progress as requested by the project lead. Our team designs, integrates, and deploys test equipment for our factory in Andover, Massachusetts, and depot facilities in the United States and abroad. Project teams typically include 5–10 engineers with expertise across electrical engineering disciplines such as RF, power, digital, and analog, and work across both hardware and software development. The mix of design work will depend on the start date, skills, and project duration. This is a 6–12-month W2 contract, with pay of $99–$110 per hour.
