📋 Description Create and optimize rigs and skinning for characters/assets within technical limits. Design and maintain animation systems, pipelines, and workflows for game engines. Develop animation tools and scripts to automate tasks and speed production. Drive technical excellence by recommending best practices and tools. Mentor teammates in rigging, skinning, pipelines, and engine integration. Optimize animation content and provide cross-platform production support. 🎯 Requirements 5-9 years of experience in technical animation within game development. Strong expertise in 3D animation, including animation workflows and best practices. Unreal Engine, Unity, Maya, Blender, MotionBuilder, DaVinci Resolve. Python and C++ programming to support animation tools, pipelines, and systems. Experience with rigging and Anim Graph systems, including their design and implementation. Solid understanding of animation principles and biomechanics for realistic movement.
