📋 Description Define art direction and visual identity for a new IP with leads Build an art bible on storytelling, characters, environments, mood Concept and iterate on characters, vehicles and weapons Produce visual guidance via sketches, paint overs and concept art Shape worldbuilding as the base for visual choices Collaborate with stakeholders to balance pillars with vision 🎯 Requirements Proven experience as Art Director or Lead/Senior Concept Artist Portfolio showing strong sci-fi/futuristic design Worldbuilding or creating a new IP from scratch Industrial design experience (exosuits/robots/vehicles) a plus Unreal Engine 5 knowledge and real-time pipelines Experience collaborating with stakeholders to align goals and timelines
