📋 Description Monitor and triage security alerts from SIEM/XDR; prioritize and escalate. Investigate incidents via log analysis and basic forensics. Manage security ops: ticketing, incident tracking, reporting, lessons learned. Analyze phishing attempts; inform users when needed. Maintain security tools (Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Intune); ensure logs. Improve SOC: detection rules, playbooks, automation, metrics. 🎯 Requirements Degree/diploma in cybersecurity or CS; 2+ years in IT/security. Practical with SIEM (Microsoft Sentinel) and EDR/XDR. Strong networking, Windows/Linux, identity/access (Entra ID), security basics. Scripting (Python, PowerShell, KQL); cloud (Azure/AWS). Familiar with MITRE ATT&CK, NIST; log analysis; SOAR concepts. Certifications (Security+, SC-200, AZ-500) and willingness for shifts.
