Senior Software Quality Engineer (TOSCA)

Qualifications 4–5 years of experience in software quality assurance or software testing. Strong experience in functional testing and test case design and execution. Hands-on experience with TOSCA test automation . Experience in the insurance or FinTech industry is preferred. Knowledge of software testing methodologies, defect management, and the software development life cycle (SDLC). Experience in regression testing and test execution reporting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience working in an Agile development environment is an advantage. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute functional test cases based on business and technical requirements. Perform manual and automated testing to ensure the quality, reliability, and functionality of software applications. Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Tricentis TOSCA . Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements and define testing strategies. Identify, document, track, and report defects throughout the software testing lifecycle. Perform regression testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Analyze test results and recommend improvements to testing processes and automation coverage. Ensure applications comply with business requirements, quality standards, and relevant industry requirements.
