Senior Java Cloud Full-Stack Engineer

Salary: $124,800 - 128,960 per year Requirements: 7–9 years of relevant experience. Strong experience with Java/J2EE, including Java 8/11/17+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA/Hibernate, REST APIs, and microservices. Experience developing scalable backend services and integrating applications with databases, third-party systems, and cloud services. Experience with Microsoft Azure services, including App Services, AKS, Functions, Storage Accounts, Key Vault, Monitor, and Application Insights. Familiarity with secure authentication and authorization using Azure Active Directory (AAD). Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Git, and Azure DevOps. Unix/Linux administration and application support experience, including shell commands, logs, file systems, permissions, processes, scheduled jobs, and Shell/Bash scripting. Experience supporting applications on on-premises servers and in hybrid cloud environments. Experience developing and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, and database integrations with Oracle or PostgreSQL. Ability to use AI tools for fast-paced development and experience integrating or creating AI agents to improve productivity. Nice to have: Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), ACA, or NoSQL database experience such as MongoDB or Couchbase. Must be available for an in-person interview with a coding exercise. Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications and scalable, high-performance backend services. Integrate applications with databases, third-party systems, and cloud services. Perform unit testing, code reviews, and application performance tuning. Design and deploy cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate build, deployment, testing, and release processes. Monitor deployments and troubleshoot production issues. Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to support smooth releases. Provide application support and perform administration and maintenance tasks on Unix/Linux servers. Analyze application logs, troubleshoot system issues, and manage files, permissions, processes, and scheduled jobs.
