Salary: $99,840 - 108,160 per year Requirements: Bachelors degree in a related field and at least seven years of related IT application support experience, or a high school diploma and at least eleven years of related experience; equivalent experience may also qualify. Extensive experience supporting complex software applications in production environments. Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement lasting technical solutions to production issues. Responsibilities: Gather detailed information about application design, functionality, and workflows, then recommend effective solutions to end users. Respond to client questions about software and troubleshoot system, software, and operator-related issues. Monitor routine and critical processes and workflows to identify, analyze, and address emerging problem trends. Support application implementations, configuration, and environment setup to meet business and technical needs. Investigate production application errors, identify root causes, and implement solutions that reduce recurrence. Test applications in multiple environments to validate changes, patches, upgrades, and new features. Deploy service releases, patches, enhancements, and customizations, including changes required by regulatory and compliance deadlines. Resolve complex application and system issues requiring in-depth technical and functional knowledge. Oversee support processes and provide procedural expertise on policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures. Guide and mentor less experienced associates, sharing knowledge and best practices. Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned applications, integrations, and related business processes. Maintain accurate, comprehensive support documentation, including knowledge base articles, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides. Work with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve issues and improve system performance.
