Senior Full Stack Developer / Tech Lead

Salary: $10000 - 101000 per year Requirements: We are looking for 10+ years of professional software engineering experience in enterprise or large-scale environments. We need strong expertise in Java and Python; experience with C# is a plus. We require extensive hands-on work with RESTful API design, development, and consumption. We expect practical experience with ETL tooling and pipelines such as Informatica, PySpark, and SQL-based workflows. We value strong experience with modern data warehouse platforms such as Vertica, SingleStore, ClickHouse, or Snowflake. We need deep knowledge of SQL performance tuning and query optimization. We require solid experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container-based deployments. We look for experience integrating or supporting AI/ML-driven systems, ideally through MCP services. We need strong familiarity with Linux and Windows operating environments. We expect proficiency with Git and current SDLC best practices. Frontend experience with React, Angular, or similar frameworks is required. Experience designing microservices and event-driven architectures is important. Strong CI/CD and DevOps experience with tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps is needed. Experience working with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP is required. Background in high-volume, data-intensive, or regulated systems is preferred. Prior technical leadership or solution architecture experience is preferred. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and leading code or design reviews is a plus. Strong communication, stakeholder collaboration, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to work independently under deadlines are essential. Responsibilities: We will have you design, develop, and maintain backend and full stack applications using Java and Python. You will build and integrate Model Context Protocol services to support AI and LLM-enabled workflows. You will architect and implement RESTful and event-driven APIs for internal and external users. You will apply clean architecture, SOLID design principles, and secure coding standards. You will design, build, and manage ETL processes and data pipelines using Informatica, PySpark, SQL, and Python. You will support transactional and analytical workloads across modern data warehouses and databases. You will integrate AI and ML capabilities, including LLM-based features, automation, and data enrichment. You will work with AI pipelines, prompt orchestration, and model serving through MCP or API-based patterns. You will deploy and operate applications in Docker and Kubernetes environments. You will help improve CI/CD pipelines and supporting infrastructure with modern DevOps practices. You will troubleshoot, optimize, and support applications on Linux and Windows, including production support and performance tuning. You will collaborate with application, data, AI, and DevOps teams, lead architecture discussions and reviews, and mentor engineers.
