Senior EHR Business Analyst

Salary: $93,600 - 104,000 per year Requirements: Experience providing application support, preferably in healthcare environments Strong ability to document requirements and analyze system enhancements Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Understanding of clinical, pharmaceutical, and patient billing workflows Experience participating in structured testing cycles Proficiency with MS Office, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Visio Experience supporting or implementing EHR systems preferred Knowledge of Oracle Health/Cerner platforms and public health workflows preferred Experience with SQL, Oracle databases, or web application environments preferred Familiarity with Agile methodologies and documentation practices preferred Responsibilities: Provide responsive support to EHR users across Local Health Districts Triage, troubleshoot, and appropriately escalate issues Monitor and maintain key EHR workflows, processes, and procedures Engage stakeholders to understand operational needs, assess current EHR capabilities, identify gaps, and recommend alternatives Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and other Agile documentation as needed Support functional, integration, and user acceptance testing Collaborate with technical, clinical, and business teams Create clear user documentation, job aids, and training materials Help ensure successful EHR deployment, adoption, stability, and ongoing improvement by supporting end users, evaluating workflow needs, documenting enhancement opportunities, and partnering with technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors Contribute to interim solutions and strategies for long-term system improvements Technologies: Support Oracle SQL SharePoint Web Security More: We are hiring an EHR Stability Analyst at a pay range of $45.00–$50.00 per hour.
