Computer System Validation Lead

Salary: $89,440 - 99,840 per year Requirements: Hands-on experience validating and implementing infrastructure systems associated with infrastructure-related applications Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry At least 2 years of experience with the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) At least 3 years of Computer System Validation (CSV) experience, depending on the selected role, including work in FDA-regulated and/or globally regulated environments Good understanding of GxP standards and risk-based validation Knowledge of FDA guidance and industry standards such as GAMP Experience writing and executing validation documentation, including requirements, compliance or validation plans, test protocols, test summary reports, and compliance or validation reports Experience reviewing system and user acceptance test scripts, traceability matrices, and design specifications Experience with QA methodologies, including designing, reviewing, and approving test plans, system and UAT scripts, and test procedures Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate, lead a team, or work independently Ability to work with remote teams and support multiple changes or projects simultaneously Ability to provide validation guidance, conduct timely reviews, and escalate issues to management Availability to support working hours from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM US Eastern Time Responsibilities: Validate and implement infrastructure systems associated with infrastructure-related applications Write and execute documentation for validation deliverables Review system testing and user acceptance testing scripts, traceability matrices, and design specifications Design, review, and approve test plans, system and UAT scripts, and test procedures Provide validation guidance, complete timely reviews, and escalate issues to management Support remote teams and multiple changes or projects simultaneously Technologies: Support Security More: We offer a pay range of $43.00–$48.00 per hour and benefits that may include medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) retirement plan; a health savings account; short- and long-term disability insurance; life and AD&D insurance; paid sick leave where required by law; supplemental insurance; identity theft protection; pet insurance; employee wellness programs; an employee assistance program; and career development opportunities.
