Salary: $121,000 - 207,000 per year Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business, or equivalent practical experience. 5–10 years of experience in product management, technical product management, business analysis, or software delivery in an agile environment. Experience in healthcare or healthcare technology. Familiarity with web application technologies such as React and GraphQL, and observability tools such as Chrome DevTools and Datadog. Experience working with Agile or Scrum product development teams. Ability to analyze complex problems, draw on qualitative and quantitative evidence, and develop scalable product solutions. Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with customers, senior leaders, and cross-functional partners. Experience using AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT, or Figma Make to accelerate product development tasks, with appropriate human review. Ability to travel up to 10–15% annually for client visits, conferences, and training. Responsibilities: Define product vision, business cases, and roadmaps for the Clinicals Front End and Application Performance areas. Act as Product Owner for assigned Scrum teams by writing epics and user stories, prioritizing backlogs, and balancing customer value, scope, timing, and technical constraints. Work with the team across the product development lifecycle, from problem definition and requirements through user experience, objectives and key results, delivery, and measurement of customer and business outcomes. Establish and track performance measures to highlight outcomes, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Assess market conditions, customer needs, product dependencies, and business value to inform priorities and investment decisions. Help product and engineering teams deliver features using shared front-end software, design libraries, and observability tools. Build subject matter expertise in physician and care-team user experience and web application development best practices. Lead AI-native product development, applying AI throughout discovery, design, development, testing, and post-release iteration. Share AI learnings, frameworks, and reusable patterns to encourage adoption across our broader R&D organization.
