Product Designer

Salary: $124,800 - 124,800 per year Requirements: 3+ years of professional UX/UI or Product Design experience. Hands-on experience designing native iOS and Android applications. Strong proficiency in Figma, interaction design, wireframing, and prototyping. Experience with design systems and reusable UI components. Understanding of mobile design patterns, usability, accessibility, and responsive/adaptive design. Experience conducting or supporting user research and usability testing. Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams in an Agile environment. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills. A bachelors degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience. Preferred: Experience designing consumer-facing mobile applications in large enterprise environments. Responsibilities: Design end-to-end native iOS and Android experiences, including user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes. Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver intuitive, user-centered mobile experiences. Apply UX best practices, research insights, and design principles to inform product decisions. Create and maintain interaction patterns and reusable components aligned with established design systems. Conduct user research and usability testing, and make iterative design improvements. Develop information architecture, user flows, and detailed UX documentation. Present design recommendations to stakeholders, incorporating user feedback and business requirements. Collaborate with Agile teams from discovery through implementation. Technologies: AI Android Figma Support Mobile iOS UX UI Design More: We are seeking a Product Designer to support a major airlines customer-facing native mobile applications in a collaborative, enterprise product environment. This is a long-term, 12+ month W2 contract, with potential for extension or full-time conversion, based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The role is hybrid, with mandatory onsite work Tuesday through Thursday and remote work Monday and Friday; the schedule is 40 hours per week.
