Full-Stack Flutter Developer

Location: Pasig City | Onsite (M-F) Employment type: Full-time | Day Shift About the role The Full-Stack Flutter Developer is responsible for the design, development, customization, and maintenance of digital grid services platforms and systems. Focusing primarily on Flutter and Dart, this position supports the build phase of grid technology transformation projects, executes backend and frontend development, and connects mobile/web solutions with enterprise data backends and grid management tools. Key responsibilities Conduct full-stack (front-end and back-end) application development based on technical solution designs using Flutter, Dart, and complementary software stacks Implement custom platform features and UI/UX enhancements to meet complex operational requirements Develop RESTful APIs and middleware to integrate Flutter applications seamlessly with existing enterprise and grid management systems Fine-tune and optimize database queries and application logic during development, functional testing, and performance tuning phases Conduct unit testing and support functional, integration, regression, and pre-go-live Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT) Evaluate and perform technical risk assessments for digital projects Ensure complete solution documentation, including detailed technical specifications, architecture designs, acceptance reports, and handoff plans Provide Level 3 (L3) operational support for deployed solutions during Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations Participate in defining incident handling procedures, support escalation workflows, and platform maintenance protocols Support RFI, RFP, Proof of Concept (POC), and Proof of Solution (POS) processes to evaluate the technical and financial viability of new vendor platforms About you Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field At least 3 years of hands-on software development experience, ideally focused on mobile/cross-platform applications and enterprise backend integrations Full-Stack Web/Mobile Development, Software Design, Code Optimization Flutter, Dart, AngularJS Python, Java, JavaScript, APEX, R Relational Databases, Big Data/Cloud Infrastructure (Cloudera) ServiceNow, Talend, DevSecOps Tooling, AI/GenAI integrations Automated Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Performance Tuning Agile Project Management, Problem Management, Service Level Management (SLM), Transition Planning Excellent problem-solving capabilities, strong analytical skills, and clear business communication skills in a fast-paced environment Job Ref: RYAN-TT
