Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist - Salesforce

Working Arrangement: Flexible (Preferably onsite, but a WFH set-up is negotiable) Working Hours: 4+ hour overlap with US working hours (shifting schedule) Department: Sales Operations About the Client: They are the unstructured data platform to store and manage on an enterprise level, at the edge, core data center, and in the cloud. About the Role: With Salesforce being the main system of record for how the team sells, segments, and forecasts, they need someone to own the health of the data, gatekeep account creation, and maintain data cleanup. Responsibilities: Account Governance: Review every new account request in Salesforce Data Cleanup Execution: Work the standing Salesforce data issues backlog to closure Account Hierarchy Integrity: Maintain parent and child account relationships Enrichment: Apply and reconcile third-party enrichment data Root Cause Partnership: Work across internal teams to fix processes and validate rules that causes a recurring data problem Requirements: At least 3-5 years in master data management, especially with Salesforce Handled volume or enterprise level-data, with proven experience of organization Data tools: Salesforce Duplicate Management, DemandTools, or Cloudingo Spreadsheet fluency: Excel, Google Sheet, etc. Excellent English communication skills
