UK Workday Payroll Implementation Consultant - REMOTE

Location: Metro Manila, Philippines | Remote (M-F) Employment type: Full-time | Mid Shift About the role We are seeking an experienced Workday Implementation Consultant specializing in UK Payroll and HCM to lead system deployments, client integrations, and platform optimizations. In this role, you will work closely with enterprise clients to configure, test, and roll out Workday Payroll and core HCM solutions tailored to UK regulatory and business requirements. Key responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation and deployment cycles for Workday Payroll (UK) and Workday HCM modules. Gather business requirements, translate them into Workday functional designs, and execute complex tenant configurations. Configure UK payroll engine settings, including PAYE tax rules, National Insurance (NI) logic, auto-enrolment pensions, and statutory payments (SSP, SMP). Conduct end-to-end payroll parallel testing, audit data migration outputs, and reconcile calculation discrepancies against legacy systems. Build and maintain integrations between Workday Payroll, HCM, Time Tracking, and Absence Management modules. Assist clients through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, and post-go-live hypercare support. About you Proven hands-on implementation experience with Workday Payroll (UK focus) and Workday HCM. Deep functional understanding of UK payroll compliance, HMRC reporting framework (RTI/FPS/EPS), and UK statutory rules. Strong track record executing full lifecycle deployments, including requirement gathering, tenant configuration, data mapping, and testing. Experience configuring adjacent Workday modules (Time Tracking, Absence, or Custom Reporting) during implementation. Exceptional analytical, stakeholder management, and system deployment troubleshooting skills. Ability to work aligned with UK business hours or designated shift schedules. Job Ref: RH-TT
