Salary: $156,000 - 176,800 per year Requirements: At least 8 years of software development experience. At least 5 years of Dynamics 365 development experience. Expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure services. Experience leading Agile development teams. Willingness and ability to work on a W-2 basis. Responsibilities: Lead a team of Dynamics developers. Set coding standards and development best practices. Design technical solutions for Dynamics and Power Platform functionality. Review and approve technical designs and code. Coordinate deployments and release management. Troubleshoot complex production issues. Ensure compliance with security and performance standards. Mentor junior developers and lead knowledge-transfer sessions. The W-2 hourly rate is $75–$85; pay is determined based on skills, experience, and other compensable factors, and other employment options may be available.
