Salary: $187,200 - 208,000 per year Requirements: 10+ years of experience in cloud architecture, software engineering, data platforms, or a related technical field. Proven ability to architect and deliver enterprise AI/ML solutions in large-scale environments. Strong hands-on experience with AWS Agent Core and agentic AI frameworks, workflows, and orchestration pipelines. Experience designing, implementing, and scaling enterprise Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures. Ability to develop AI proof-of-concept solutions and transition them into scalable production platforms. Experience evaluating or implementing cloud-native AI solutions on AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform. Strong knowledge of large language models, vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration patterns. Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and data ecosystems. Experience as an Architect, Principal Engineer, or in a similar technical leadership role. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to business audiences. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. A masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred. Relevant cloud and AI certifications are highly desirable. Experience building internal AI platforms or AI Centers of Excellence is a plus. Knowledge of AI governance, security, scalability, and operational best practices is preferred. Familiarity with modern AI frameworks, agent orchestration tools, and vector search technologies is preferred. Telecommunications or large-enterprise experience is a plus. Responsibilities: Lead architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale agentic AI solutions and intelligent workflow automation platforms. Build proof-of-concept and production-ready AI pipelines using AWS Agent Core and modern agent-based architectures. Design and implement RAG frameworks for scalable enterprise knowledge retrieval and AI-driven decision-making. Establish architecture standards, patterns, and best practices for AI agents, orchestration workflows, vector search, and enterprise data integration. Evaluate and recommend cloud strategies across AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and emerging AI ecosystem technologies. Work with business and technical stakeholders to turn complex requirements into scalable AI solutions. Provide technical leadership while contributing hands-on to prototyping, pipeline development, and implementation. Partner with cross-functional teams to find opportunities for AI-driven process optimization and workflow enrichment. Explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences, including customers and executives. Support enterprise adoption of AI through architecture reviews, technology assessments, and implementation guidance. The client is developing a scalable agentic AI platform to improve workflows and expand intelligent automation across departments. We offer W-2 and corp-to-corp consulting arrangements. The posted W-2 hourly rate is $90–$100; compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and other factors, and other employment options may have different rates.
