Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in Data Modeling or a related role. Hands-on experience with Erwin Data Modeler . Strong knowledge of conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling techniques. Experience in the insurance domain , with an understanding of insurance-related data, processes, and business requirements. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models. Use Erwin Data Modeler to create, manage, and document data models. Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, and technical teams to understand data requirements. Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient data models. Ensure data consistency, integrity, quality, and adherence to data modeling standards. Analyze existing data structures and recommend improvements to support business needs. Apply insurance domain knowledge to develop data models aligned with industry-specific processes and requirements. Maintain data model documentation and ensure alignment with enterprise data architecture standards.
