CNO Analyst/Programmer

Salary: $95000 - 267000 per year Requirements: We require a TS/SCI security clearance with full scope polygraph. We are seeking candidates with mid-level experience, or the equivalent junior or senior experience as outlined by the role. We need a background in custom software development and programming for computer network operations tools and techniques. We value experience across multiple environments, including Windows, UNIX, embedded, and mobile platforms. We expect programming proficiency in at least one of the following: Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python. We prefer experience using Visual Studio, .NET, make files, or comparable open-source, proprietary, or GOTS build environments. We require the ability to support the full software development lifecycle, including concept, testing, documentation, and readiness review. We require the following education and experience for the mid level: 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelors degree; 3 years with a masters degree; 0 years with a PhD or Juris Doctor; or a high school diploma with 9 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities: We design, develop, and maintain software tools and techniques that support computer network operations. We build end-to-end data flow and tasking integration for CNO systems. We write and update technical documentation in line with development standards. We participate in design reviews, code reviews, and software readiness reviews. We program in languages such as Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python. We develop Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET. We create UNIX applications using make files or similar build systems. We develop solutions for embedded and mobile platforms using GOTS, open-source, or proprietary frameworks. We support the complete development lifecycle from initial concept through testing and release readiness.
