AI & Analytics Engineer

Role Overview We are looking for an AI & Analytics Manager to drive data-driven decision-making through AI/ML solutions that support revenue growth, supply chain efficiency, and operational excellence . The role covers model development, deployment, MLOps, and collaboration with business and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and deploy ML models for demand forecasting, pricing/promotions, market analysis, and smart ordering . Productionize models using Databricks, MLflow, and PySpark . Build scalable feature engineering pipelines with data engineering teams. Translate business challenges into data science solutions and evaluate A/B tests. Lead MLOps , including model monitoring, drift detection, model registry, and retraining. Drive AI/ML initiatives supporting business strategy and digital transformation. Qualifications Master’s degree or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics , or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics. Strong Python, SQL, statistical modeling, and ML skills. Hands-on experience with Databricks, MLflow, PySpark, and model deployment . Strong business acumen, problem-solving, and A/B testing experience. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in FMCG, Retail, Supply Chain, or Consumer Goods is highly preferred. -bn/lgc
