Advanced Systems Analyst

Salary: $133000 - 178000 per year Requirements: We are looking for 7-10+ years of relevant experience in systems analysis, solution design, and IT operations. We need strong expertise in requirements analysis, solution architecture, and configuration or integration touchpoints for relevant applications and platforms. We expect working knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and service-oriented architecture (SOA) principles. We value 10+ years of related experience, including leading complex initiatives and multiple workstreams. We prefer experience with process re-engineering, Lean improvement methods, and user-centered design practices. We look for experience leading data conversion efforts and advanced query/reporting for operational insight. We welcome demonstrated success coaching or mentoring analysts and influencing alignment across varied stakeholder groups. Responsibilities: We lead solution design and delivery by defining scope and solution options, guiding requirements and user stories, partnering on estimates and timelines, and applying Agile/Scrum and Lean methods to improve outcomes. We configure and validate solutions by performing or directing application setup, supporting data conversion activities, and creating and executing test plans while verifying results, including complex queries and operational reporting when needed. We own production support and system stability by providing or directing 24x7 support for critical environments, driving root-cause analysis and trend review, coordinating cross-team and vendor issue resolution, and maintaining documentation and training for users and support partners. We collaborate across IT and business teams to define needs, shape user-focused solutions, and ensure alignment from design through deployment and ongoing improvement.
