Software Quality Assurance Analyst

Salary: $137000 - 182000 per year Requirements: We require 3+ years of experience in software application development and testing. We are looking for coursework in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics, or equivalent practical experience. We value strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. We need knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and common testing methodologies. We expect experience with test planning, test case creation, and defect tracking tools. We prefer familiarity with cloud environments such as SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS, along with system architecture principles. We seek an understanding of relational databases and test automation fundamentals. We need someone who can thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment. Responsibilities: We create and run test cases, record outcomes, and track defects with strong attention to accuracy and traceability. We participate in requirements and design reviews and help build test scripts and structured QA standards. We partner with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to plan tests, execute testing, and resolve defects throughout the SDLC. We identify opportunities to improve QA practices and support testing across projects and production support work. We analyze systems and issues to ensure applications perform reliably and meet functional expectations.
