Salary: $115000 - 154000 per year Requirements: We want 5+ years of experience building and refining test automation frameworks, along with strong programming and scripting abilities We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline, or equivalent practical experience We look for solid coding expertise with object-oriented programming and common design patterns We prefer experience with both open-source and commercial automation tools and frameworks We value knowledge of SDLC, Agile delivery methods, and test management practices We expect familiarity with version control platforms and defect tracking systems We seek understanding of cloud environments, including SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS, as well as system architecture fundamentals We need strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting skills, and clear communication We look for the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment Responsibilities: We design and strengthen test automation frameworks, including scalable automated test suites and scripts We improve quality by recommending and implementing enhancements to automation design, build processes, and execution workflows We lead and coach QA analysts, developers, and testers on automation and performance testing approaches We build, maintain, debug, and review automated test scripts while monitoring and sharing execution outcomes We assess automation tools and frameworks, create proof-of-concepts, and recommend suitable solutions We partner cross-functionally with engineers, analysts, and project managers to help deliver reliable software Technologies: Cloud IaaS Support PaaS More: We are Aperture Cloud, a company built on connection, craft, and a passion for developing extraordinary leaders who serve others.
