Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst

Salary: $128000 - 171000 per year Requirements: We require 4 to 10 years of professional software development experience. We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline. We prefer candidates with 2 or more years of experience leading teams of four or more software developers, or comparable technical leadership exposure. We value advanced hands-on experience with relevant platforms and applications, including APIs and core system elements such as workflows, process flows, data models, batch processes, UI components, and configuration. We look for strong expertise in integration and data movement patterns, including synchronous and asynchronous approaches, bulk data handling, and tightly or loosely coupled designs. We prefer experience extending or enhancing commercial off-the-shelf applications to deliver differentiated business functionality. We seek people who can mentor developers and influence cross-functional stakeholders through complex and ambiguous decisions. Responsibilities: We lead end-to-end delivery by driving requirements and backlog refinement, technical design, development, and deployment planning and execution, including the transition to operations, across Agile and waterfall approaches. We build production-ready, high-quality solutions using established design patterns and coding standards. We automate test coverage and support continuous build and integration practices to reduce defects and production incidents. We strengthen platform stability by taking part in on-call support, troubleshooting and resolving incidents, and leading root-cause analysis. We monitor and report operational key performance indicators to improve service health. We refine patterns, standards, and shared libraries to reduce technical debt and improve overall platform reliability.
