Technical Support Specialist

Start or grow your IT career as a Technical Support Specialist , providing hands-on Level 1 and basic Level 2 support across devices, applications, connectivity, Microsoft technologies, and user access. What You’ll Do Provide Level 1 and basic Level 2 hardware, software, application, network, and access support. Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, Windows, and business applications. Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID . Troubleshoot basic LAN/Wi-Fi, VPN, connectivity, and endpoint issues. Manage incidents and service requests through ITSM/ticketing platforms. Maintain accurate tickets, documentation, asset information, and knowledge articles. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. 1–2 years of technical support, service desk, helpdesk, or desktop support experience. Working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, Active Directory/Entra ID . Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and endpoint troubleshooting. Exposure to ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus , or similar ITSM platforms is advantageous. CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, MS-900, AZ-900 , or equivalent certifications are a plus. Strong troubleshooting, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
