Senior Business Analyst (Collaborative Solutions)

Drive digital transformation and business innovation with NTT DATA by leading requirements analysis, stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and enterprise solution delivery. Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution design activities. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, meetings, training sessions, and user adoption initiatives. Create user stories, functional specifications, and project documentation in Azure DevOps. Support testing, UAT, quality assurance, and solution implementation activities. Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver process enhancements and enterprise solutions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Management, Business, Accounting, or a related field. 10+ years of business analysis experience, including 5+ years in a senior BA role. Strong background in banking, financial services, and business process design. Experience with Agile, Waterfall, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft technology platforms. Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, training, and communication skills.
