DATA & ANALYTICS LEAD

Turn complex data into decisions that move the business forward. We’re looking for a Data & Analytics Lead to drive our analytics, reporting, and data governance capabilities. You’ll transform business data into actionable insights while building scalable frameworks that improve decision-making across the organization. What You’ll Do Lead data analytics, BI, reporting, and data governance initiatives. Build dashboards, KPIs, reports, and analytical models using Power BI, Tableau, SQL , or equivalent technologies. Drive data quality, integrity, accessibility, security, and governance standards. Partner with business and technology teams to turn requirements into actionable insights. Identify opportunities for automation, predictive analytics, and data-driven improvements. Guide analytics resources and prioritize key data initiatives. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, data management, or data governance. Strong SQL and Power BI/Tableau capabilities. Knowledge of data modeling, ETL/ELT, warehousing, data quality, and governance. Exposure to Python, R, Azure, AWS, Snowflake, or Databricks is advantageous. Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
