Senior Applications Developer (HCM)

Drive enterprise HR technology innovation with NTT DATA by developing, enhancing, and supporting mission-critical Oracle HCM and ERP solutions. Responsibilities Design, develop, maintain, and optimize Oracle HCM and ERP applications. Collaborate with business users, analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver solutions. Mentor developers and promote technical best practices across projects. Develop integrations, workflows, reports, database objects, and automation scripts. Troubleshoot complex issues, perform enhancements, testing, and production support. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 8+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite experience, particularly HCM and Financials modules. Advanced expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Workflow, reporting tools, and system integrations. Strong experience in SDLC, Agile delivery, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Git. Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud, SOAP/REST APIs, Python, JavaScript, JSON, XML, or YAML is an advantage. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
