About the role Lead and provide technical direction to development teams working with React, React Native, Node.js, MongoDB, and Microsoft Azure. Oversee solution design, software development, code quality, and technical implementation. Key responsibilities Lead and provide technical direction to development teams working with React, React Native, Node.js, MongoDB, and Microsoft Azure Oversee solution design, software development, code quality, and technical implementation Ensure applications are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business and technical requirements Guide the implementation of authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), CIAM, and Identity Provider (IdP) integrations Promote secure coding practices and ensure application security standards are followed throughout the development lifecycle Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and other technical teams to define solutions and resolve complex technical challenges Provide hands-on technical guidance, review designs and implementations, and support the team in resolving development issues Explore and support the adoption of relevant AI technologies, AI use cases, and AI-enabled development practices Adapt to evolving priorities and ensure timely delivery of technical solutions in a dynamic environment About you At least 10 years of relevant experience in software development and technical leadership Strong technical experience with React, React Native, Node.js, MongoDB, and Microsoft Azure Proven experience leading technical teams and overseeing solution design and hands-on development Strong knowledge of authentication, authorization, and identity management Solid understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), and Identity Provider (IdP) concepts Strong knowledge of application security principles and secure software development practices Familiarity with AI technologies, AI use cases, or AI-assisted development Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to perform effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing business and technical requirements Experience working with enterprise applications, digital platforms, or regulated industries (preferred)
