Sustainment Data Analyst

Salary: $98000 - 186000 per year Requirements: We require a bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, with STEM preferred, plus at least 8 years of prior engineering experience or an equivalent background. We require experience working in Agile development environments. We require product leadership experience. We require the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance. We require U.S. citizenship, since only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. We require an active Secret DoD clearance after the first day. Responsibilities: We lead highly agile teams of approximately 5 to 10 employees. We develop long-range technology roadmaps. We support open-source and FOSS integration with the D4 data pipeline. We build capabilities aligned with modern programming languages. We support and oversee projects ranging from small to large-scale investments. We manage project budgets of $750K or more. We collaborate with systems, software, and hardware design organizations. We work closely with engineering cross-product teams, integrated product teams, chief engineers, program directors, program managers, and national and international customers. We may travel domestically and internationally as needed.
