Staff Software Engineer, AI/ML

📋 Description Own the feedback learning roadmap. Define and execute the feedback-driven AI research agenda. Translate feedback data into training and optimization strategies. Stay close to RLHF/RLAIF and related methods; know when to apply. Build production learning systems and learning loops for agent behavior. Build evaluation frameworks for reasoning quality, instruction following, and outcomes. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years building production AI/ML systems (LLMs, agentic, etc). Hands-on RL, reward modeling, fine-tuning, or human feedback. Strong Python and at least one production systems language. Balance model quality, latency, reliability, cost, and maintainability. Experience with RLHF, RLAIF, DPO, PPO, GRPO, or related techniques.
