Define and drive the North Star for Solstice Analytics Prototyping and apply generative AI to prototyping.
📋 Description Define and drive the North Star for Solstice Analytics Prototyping. Be a tireless AI innovator; apply generative AI to prototyping. Own the Prototyping mode; navigate ambiguity with lean experiments. Create best-in-class experiences across formats while keeping Solstice Analytics easy to use. Partner with Product and Engineering on AI quality and UX transitions. Mentor designers and evolve design systems and tooling. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years of product design, B2B SaaS or AI focus. 2-3 years at Staff/Principal level with ownership. Strong portfolio showing user-focused strategies and impact. Deep understanding of AI and AI design tooling. Experience with cross-functional teams: PM, UX, Eng. Deep UX, information architecture, user-centered design. Strong written and verbal communication across teams. Proactive, autonomous, adaptable in fast-paced work.
