Lead a global team to embed security into the software development lifecycle.
📋 Description Lead a global team embedding security into the SDLC from concept to customer impact. Partner with product and engineering to mitigate risk while accelerating velocity. Enable secure-by-default development via design, tooling, and testing. Integrate security into Discover, Define, Deliver lifecycle with AMPED. Guide adoption of AI-driven tooling and Agentic AI workflows. Provide pragmatic, hands-on leadership across engineering and security. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years in software/security, with secure development. 3+ years of technical leadership in security. Threat modeling methods: STRIDE, PASTA, risk assessment. SSDLC expertise, integrating security into agile development. Experience running Security Champions programs.
