📋 Description Lead end-to-end product design from concept to launch. Partner with product, eng, and AI researchers to align goals. Refine the design system for cohesive visuals. Conduct user research to uncover pain points. Create prototypes to explore features and flows. Uphold high design standards and AI design practices. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years of product design experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong interaction and visual design craft. Balance detail with big-picture thinking at pace. Deep understanding of design systems. Experience conducting user research. Excellent communication and storytelling.
