Founding Product Growth Lead

📋 Description Define and own Harvey's product-led growth strategy across the lifecycle. Build and run a rigorous experimentation program with hypotheses and A/B tests. Partner with Engineering and Design to ship growth features (onboarding, nudges, self-serve). Collaborate with Marketing to link top-of-funnel acquisition to activation and conversion. Work with Sales and Customer Success to understand enterprise adoption and expansion. Define, instrument, and monitor growth KPIs; build dashboards for visibility. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years PM, with 3+ years growth/PLG at a high-growth B2B SaaS. Proven growth via experiments and features (activation, retention, expansion). Fluent in growth analytics: SQL, Amplitude/Mixpanel, and data storytelling. Strong product sense; identify high-leverage MVPs and ship quickly. Excellent cross-functional collaboration across Eng, Design, Marketing, Sales, CS.
