Staff Software Engineer - Developer Experience (DevEx)

📋 Description Develop and scale a world-class developer platform. Build load testing and benchmarking infra for AI-native apps. Integrate AI agents across the software development lifecycle. Collaborate with Backend Platform teams to boost testability and observability. Evangelize best practices and empower Harvey engineers to move fast. Set the roadmap for scaling developer experience. Provide technical leadership and mentorship across the team. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years of software engineering experience. Proficiency in Python and backend/distributed systems. Hands-on with CI/CD (GitHub Actions) and test frameworks. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC (Pulumi, Terraform). Track record of high-quality, well-tested code and best practices. Proven technical leadership across lifecycle from ideation to production. Experience mentoring engineers and guiding architecture. Strong problem-solving and cross-team collaboration. Nice-to-have: experience integrating AI agents into a developer ecosystem.
