Sr. Network Support Engineer

Salary: $63000 - 95000 per year Requirements: We bring hands-on experience with Python, Ansible, and Bash or shell scripting, ideally with at least 2 years in each area. We have experience with AWS DevOps and Azure DevOps environments. We understand cloud computing concepts and modern architectural patterns. We have practical experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform, with around 2 years of use. We have worked with CI/CD tooling such as Git in Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Ansible Tower for at least 2 years. We are familiar with AWS and Azure database services. We have experience automating and integrating solutions across AWS and/or Azure environments. We have at least 2 years of experience working in a DevOps-oriented culture. We are comfortable with Linux operating systems, container technologies, Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, Redis, MongoDB, and SingleStore. We communicate clearly, troubleshoot effectively, and collaborate well across functions. We are committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence. Responsibilities: We support the design and deployment of CTI platform services and AWS or Azure database services in line with governance, standards, and policy. We help deploy complex technical solutions. We develop Terraform modules, Ansible playbooks, and other automation to streamline delivery. We work to improve the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of the services we implement. We help foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. We operate in a hybrid setup based in Chandler, AZ, with three days onsite each week.
