Systems Engineer

Salary: $109000 - 119000 per year Requirements: We require a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a closely related discipline. We require 7+ years of experience working with complex electrical hardware, software, and signal-processing systems. We need strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve sophisticated engineering challenges. We value experience mentoring and supporting other engineers. We expect excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively across all levels of the organization. We prefer experience in fast-moving, dynamic environments with strong multitasking and prioritization abilities. We require familiarity with regulatory standards such as 60601 and related electrical hardware compliance requirements. Responsibilities: We contribute to the technical and business direction of major system-level programs while working with the software development lifecycle. We design, build, and troubleshoot advanced cardiac mapping and ablation products using multidisciplinary engineering expertise. We provide system engineering leadership and drive project outcomes from early concept through launch. We partner with Product Marketing, Clinical Engineering, and Key Opinion Leaders to define design inputs based on user and business requirements. We communicate project progress, deliver technical presentations, and support program reviews with senior leadership and stakeholders. We help shape innovative medical technology that improves patient care. We support cross-functional collaboration in a high-performing, fast-paced environment.
