Facility Support Engineer - Mechanical

Salary: $89000 - 99000 per year Requirements: I require a minimum of 5 years of experience working with electrical systems in high-availability environments, such as data centers, hospitals, or manufacturers. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is essential. I expect experience with building management systems (EPMS) and familiarity with maintenance procedures for chillers, pumps, and CRAH systems. You must possess OSHA or an OSHA-approved NFPA 70E Certification. Preferred qualifications include an EPA Refrigerant License. Responsibilities: I need you to perform maintenance and troubleshooting of building management systems (EPMS) to ensure the optimal operation of critical infrastructure. You will follow detailed procedures for maintaining and repairing chiller, chilled water pump, and CRAH systems, particularly during system downtimes. Utilize supplier-provided Windows 11 laptops and other tools to effectively document and manage your work tasks. Work on-site during scheduled day shifts, which includes 12-hour shifts on Thursday through Saturday, with the possibility of rotating schedules. Collaborate with team members to support system redundancy and ensure continuous operation of essential systems.
