Splunk Administrator

Salary: $37000 - 62000 per year Requirements: We need a highly motivated professional with a strong focus on operational excellence and experience deploying or administering cybersecurity technologies such as Trend Micro Antivirus, RSA SecureID, Splunk, CyberArk, and Tenable. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines with a safety-first mindset. We value sound judgment, strong business decision-making, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. We require the ability to create design and procedural documentation, and to train others on new systems. We need someone who can lift and transport server equipment when necessary. We require off-hours on-call support as needed for cybersecurity systems. We need flexibility to work overtime and adjust hours for emergencies or scheduled work outside normal business hours. We require the ability to travel to our various company locations and hold a valid drivers license. This role requires in-person work, with reporting to office locations at least four days per week. The selected candidate must pass a NERC CIP Personnel Risk Assessment background check. A bachelors degree is required. Experience with cybersecurity system deployment, management, configuration, patching, and maintenance is preferred. Responsibilities: We work with internal partners and vendors to deploy cybersecurity technologies and support related infrastructure upgrades. We determine and recommend system architecture for new deployments. We configure, set up, patch, and maintain cybersecurity systems and related technology. We create documentation, procedures, and operational guides for both routine and major tasks. We train others on the use of newly implemented systems. We collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders throughout the technology deployment process.
