Infrastructure Engineer (ServiceNow)

Salary: $100,638.72 - 108,160 per year Requirements: We require 5+ years of practical ServiceNow development experience. We need a Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD) credential or higher. We look for proven expertise in ServiceNow architecture, administration, and automation. We require strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and Angular/Service Portal frameworks. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with ECPRO, MID Server, Discovery, and ITIL processes. Preferred experience includes scripting exposure with GitHub Copilot, Gen AI, or Agentic AI. A Certified Implementation Specialist credential, such as CIS-ITSM or CIS-ITOM, is preferred. We require a bachelors degree. Responsibilities: We design and implement business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and workflow automations. We manage ServiceNow environment pipelines across Dev, Test, Staging, and Production. We build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub spokes. We provide L3 support and partner closely with Solution Architects on platform design decisions.
